1. Agreement

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. The licence

The site is a personal portfolio. You may read it, link to it and quote from it with attribution. The design, the writing and the code are the work of the site's owner, and the apps it describes are the work of the people credited on it. Nothing on this site transfers any right in that work to you.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone else's rights, to attack or disrupt the service, or to attempt to gain access to anything on it that is not published for you.

4. Your data

This site does not ask you for anything, so there is nothing for it to hold. Your theme choice is kept in your own browser, the resume is a static file, and the contact link opens your mail client so that the message leaves this site only when you send it. If advertising is served here, Google may set cookies and use device identifiers as described in the privacy policy.

There is no data of yours for us to lose, because nothing is kept. The contact link opens your own mail client, and what you write there is an email to the site's owner, handled as ordinary email and subject to your mail provider's terms rather than anything this site controls.

5. Advertising

This domain is authorised for Google AdSense advertising through its app-ads.txt file. Where ads are served, Google AdSense's own terms and privacy policies apply to that advertising, and you can control it in Google's ad settings.

6. Third-party services

The page loads font stylesheets from jsDelivr and is proxied by Cloudflare. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to Play Store listings, GitHub repositories, a professional profile and the apps' own sites take you to third parties under their terms, and this site is not responsible for what they do or publish.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. It is a personal portfolio and it may change or disappear without notice. Nothing here is a job offer, a guarantee of work, a financial, tax or legal recommendation, or professional advice of any kind. Verify anything important against your own records and, where applicable, a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of this site is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of it.

9. Changes

The site may be updated or taken down. If these terms change materially, the updated terms will be published on this page with a new date.
